Sms communications policy
Cover AI LLC and Separate Public Adjuster CommunicationsEffective Date August 22, 2026
Applies To SMS and MMS messages sent under the Cover AI Program or the separate Vitalii Korobov Public Adjuster Program
This SMS Communications Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms that apply when you agree to receive text messages from Cover AI LLC (“Cover AI”) or, separately, from Vitalii Korobov when he is acting individually as a public adjuster. This Policy also serves as the SMS terms and conditions for those message programs.
Receiving text messages is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance, obtaining a quote, retaining public adjuster services, or receiving any other product or service. This Policy does not itself constitute consent; consent must be obtained through a separate, clear, affirmative opt-in or another method permitted by law.
1. Two Separate SMS Programs
The following programs involve different sender capacities, purposes, consent records, and message content. Consent for one program is not consent for the other.
| Program | Sender and Capacity | Permitted Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Cover AI Program | Cover AI LLC, acting as an insurance agency and digital services provider | Insurance inquiries, quote or application support, appointments, customer service, policy-related service communications, administrative notices, and marketing only when separately authorized. |
| Public Adjuster Program | Vitalii Korobov, acting individually as a public adjuster and not as Cover AI | Public adjuster inquiries, appointments, inspections, requested claim or loss information, document requests, status updates, and communications concerning an existing or prospective public adjuster engagement. |
2. How Consent Is Obtained
You may consent to receive messages through one or more of the following methods, as made available for the applicable program:- checking an unchecked SMS consent box and submitting the website or electronic form;
- signing a paper or electronic consent form;
- texting an advertised opt-in keyword to a designated number;
- making a documented SMS request during a telephone or in-person conversation;
- texting first and requesting a response, which authorizes replies within the scope of that request; or
- using another affirmative method that clearly communicates permission and is permitted by applicable law.
3. Scope of Your Consent
When you provide valid consent, you authorize the specifically identified sender to transmit SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided, including through automated dialing or messaging technology where disclosed and permitted by law. Your consent is limited to the sender, program, purposes, and message categories described at the time of opt-in.Consent to the Cover AI Program does not authorize Vitalii Korobov to send public adjuster messages. Consent to the Public Adjuster Program does not authorize Cover AI to send insurance marketing or other Cover AI messages. Consent is not sold or transferred to a referral partner, insurer, marketing partner, affiliate, or other third party for that party’s independent messaging. Any third party that wishes to text you must obtain its own legally sufficient consent unless you expressly consented to messages from that specifically identified party.4. Message Categories
4.1 Cover AI Program
Depending on the consent you provide and your interaction with Cover AI, messages may include:- responses to an inquiry and requested follow-up;
- appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders;
- quote, application, referral, or document-status communications;
- identity-verification, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance notices;
- customer-service and policy-related service communications; and
- offers, educational content, or promotional messages only when you have separately provided the consent required for those messages.
4.2 Vitalii Korobov Public Adjuster Program
Depending on the consent you provide and the status of the matter, messages may include:- responses to a public adjuster inquiry;
- appointment, inspection, and meeting scheduling;
- requests for non-sensitive loss, property, claim, or document information;
- service, administrative, and claim-status communications; and
- communications relating to an existing or prospective public adjuster engagement.
5. Message Frequency, Charges, and Delivery
Message frequency varies based on the program, your requests, the status of the matter, and the consent provided. Recurring messages may be sent only within the scope of your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless plan or carrier.Messages may be transmitted through third-party communications platforms and wireless carriers, including, as applicable, RingCentral, Twilio, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, and other or successor providers. Wireless carriers and messaging service providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, filtering, outages, and other conditions outside the sender’s control. Supported carriers and technologies may change.6. Opting Out and Revoking Consent
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to a message. You may also use any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request, including contacting the applicable sender by telephone or email using the information in Section 14.Opt-out requests will be honored promptly and within the period required by applicable law. You may receive one non-marketing confirmation message acknowledging the request. No further consent-based messages will be sent from the affected sender or number unless you later provide new affirmative consent. Messages that do not permit replies will provide a reasonable alternative method to opt out.A STOP reply generally applies to the sender number to which it is sent. Because Cover AI and the Public Adjuster Program are distinct, an opt-out will be applied at least to the identified program and sender. If a number is used for both programs, a STOP reply will be treated as a request to stop further non-exempt SMS messages from that number unless you clearly limit the request and applicable law permits that limitation. A clear request to stop all messages from both programs will be honored across both programs.To re-enroll after opting out, you must provide a new affirmative opt-in through an available enrollment method. A new inquiry or business relationship does not automatically restore prior SMS consent.7. Help and Customer Support
Reply HELP to a message for assistance. A HELP response may identify the sender, provide support contact information, and repeat opt-out instructions. You may also contact the applicable sender using the information in Section 14.8. Mobile Information, Privacy, and Service Providers
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, and messaging data are not sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to communications platforms, wireless carriers, hosting providers, customer-management systems, security vendors, professional advisers, regulators, or other service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable program, maintain records, protect rights and systems, investigate misuse, or comply with law. Service providers are not authorized to use that information for their own independent marketing.Information submitted for an insurance inquiry or public adjuster matter may be handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and service disclosures. However, sharing information to perform a requested service does not transfer your SMS consent to another sender. The Cover AI Privacy Policy is available at https://coverai.net/privacy-policy/ and the Cover AI Terms of Use are available at https://coverai.net/terms-of-use/.9. Sensitive Information and Security
SMS is not a secure or confidential communication channel. Do not send Social Security numbers, complete payment-card or bank-account information, passwords, authentication codes, government identification documents, medical records, or sensitive claim documents by text. If sensitive information is needed, the sender will request that it be provided through a more appropriate channel. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.10. Your Mobile Number
By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You agree to notify the applicable sender promptly if the number changes, is disconnected, or is reassigned. We may use carrier, messaging-provider, or other lawful tools to identify deactivated or reassigned numbers and suppress messages when appropriate.11. Age Eligibility
The message programs are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek SMS consent from children. If we learn that a child provided a mobile number or consent without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to stop messages and delete the information as required by law.12. No Emergency or Deadline Service
SMS is not monitored as an emergency service and must not be used for emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service if immediate assistance is required. Do not rely on SMS to report an insurance claim, cancel or change coverage, satisfy a notice requirement, preserve a contractual or legal deadline, or communicate time-sensitive instructions. Confirm urgent matters through the appropriate insurer, official claims channel, or other required method.13. Compliance and Policy Changes
The message programs are intended to be administered in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including requirements concerning consent, identification, marketing, do-not-call requests, quiet hours, privacy, and recordkeeping, as well as applicable wireless-carrier and messaging-provider standards. Marketing messages will be sent only at times and in a manner permitted by law based on the recipient’s location and local time. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right available to a recipient under Illinois, Texas, federal, or other applicable law.We may update this Policy by posting a revised version at https://coverai.net/sms-communications-policy/ with a new effective date. A revision will not retroactively expand the sender, purpose, or message categories covered by existing consent. New consent will be obtained when required by law or when a material change exceeds the scope of the prior opt-in.14. Contact Information
